Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, with stated rates of $45–$52 per hour on a W-2 basis. The position is a 16-month contract with the possibility of extension and supports a direct client. The analyst gathers and documents business and technical requirements, develops process and project documentation, and coordinates with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This work helps organize and support business and software development projects through planning, deployment, training, and post-deployment activities.

What you'll do

• Gather, review, analyze, translate, and document business and technical requirements
• develop process flows, system outlines, project specifications, and documentation
• prepare user documentation, training and deployment plans, and timelines
• coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• support sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, implementation, deployment, training, and post-deployment functions
• work in a prison environment.
