Release and Deployment Lead

The Release and Deployment Lead role is onsite at Fort Meade, MD, for 40 hours per week; compensation is $85,000–$100,000 annually. The role supports Global Enterprise Services’ Defense Enclave Services team on a digital modernization program for DISA and Department of Defense Fourth Estate agencies. The lead oversees personnel and release and deployment work for MECM and Intune environments. The role coordinates software updates, endpoint support, troubleshooting, technical planning, and stakeholder communication to deliver secure, scalable solutions for the program.

What you'll do

• Supervise at least 12 personnel
• prepare, test, and deploy software updates using MECM and Intune
• support server and workstation patching
• troubleshoot endpoint and client-agent issues
• guide platform strategy, engineering, design, and project management
• coordinate incident analysis and solutions
• develop availability and capacity management
• mentor software packagers
• brief stakeholders and support cross-training.
