Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work requests in order of importance and in a timely manner
• advise the POD of delays
• perform routine repairs and maintenance
• assist with preventive maintenance programs
• communicate with the POD for technical advice, product information, research, and quality assurance guidance
• report the condition of community equipment and furnishings.
