The role manages purchasing and supplier relationships, supports material availability and construction fit-ups, and improves supply chain processes. It also mentors team members and contributes to procurement strategy and the rollout of Rockwell PharmaSuite MES.

What you'll do

• Manage vendor and member relationships
• execute purchasing activities from quotes through order tracking and invoice reconciliation
• coordinate domestic and international shipments
• negotiate software and equipment service contracts
• participate in root cause investigations and manage SCARs
• maintain supply chain procedures and deviations
• improve processes and inventory
• track sourcing KPIs
• mentor team members
• support construction procurement.
