The Clinic Nurse – Darien role is onsite in Darien, CT. Compensation is $38–$47 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience. The Vascular Care Group’s clinic team provides patient care and coordinates with physician leadership and other providers. The nurse supports direct patient care and clinic operations, acting as a patient advocate while helping maintain safe, coordinated care. The role contributes to clinic quality by assessing patients, supporting treatment and education, preparing the care team, and coordinating follow-up and documentation.

What you'll do

• Oversee the patient experience in clinic
• advocate for patient care
• educate patients and caregivers
• provide wound care under physician or nurse practitioner orders
• maintain accurate medical records consistent with HIPAA
• assess vital signs
• prepare relevant information and records for providers
• support patient flow and safety
• assist with transfers
• communicate with care teams and outside providers
• order patient supplies
• prepare rooms and supplies
• follow infection-control practices
• return and document calls
• maintain patient logs
• prepare future surgical patients
• and follow up on ordered tests and results.

Why this role
