What you'll do

• Oversee quality-related aspects of the plasma donation center and its processes
• collaborate with corporate quality, corporate operations, and center leadership on donor safety, suitability, and product quality
• monitor regulatory and company compliance
• ensure SOPs are interpreted and implemented correctly
• address compliance issues
• assess quality systems, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, document findings, and suggest corrective actions
• support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
• serve as alternate to the Center Director as needed
• travel up to 25%.
