Process Technician – Systems Support

The Process Technician – Systems Support role is onsite in Billerica, MA, and pays $20–$27 per hour. The position supports E Ink’s Billerica Research & Development team, which develops ePaper products. The technician carries out chemical and fabrication processes in a research lab, supporting batch execution and data gathering alongside research scientists and engineers. The role also maintains parts inventory, fabricates minor assemblies, and provides basic guidance on component use while following safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Execute benchtop research batch processes
• handle chemical materials according to safety guidelines
• complete batch run sheets with research scientists and engineers
• operate electronic and process equipment in the lab and facilities environment
• participate in the Technician Certification Program
• wear appropriate process PPE, including fire-resistant clothing, steel-toed shoes, nitrile gloves, and a respirator
• collaborate with the team.
