Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Tomball, TX, with pay of $19–$22 per hour. HMT develops aboveground storage tank solutions and works with customers to improve tank operations. This role operates and sets up presses and related equipment to fabricate parts, while checking product quality, maintaining production records, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Operate and set up power and brake presses and auxiliary equipment to punch, cut, form, bend, and slit materials
• install guides and stoppers
• monitor product quality and submit inspection pieces
• document production and traceability
• identify nonconforming products
• perform preventive maintenance and keep work areas organized.
