What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
• conduct intake meetings
• source and screen candidates
• coordinate interviews and offers
• build pipelines for Dallas and Amarillo labor markets
• maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
• advise hiring managers
• contribute process feedback and recruiting playbooks. The role requires travel between Dallas and Amarillo, TX.
