What you'll do

• Process incoming reinstatement, payoff, and redemption funds
• review lender inquiries and requirements in client systems
• calculate quotes and assess fund sufficiency
• communicate with clients and lenders
• maintain spreadsheets and transaction records
• track packages and correspondence
• research and resolve payment discrepancies
• respond to department emails and calls
• prepare and send payoff and reinstatement letters
• provide backup support and general department assistance.
