What you'll do

• Greet WIC participants and complete front-desk activities
• check forms and verify eligibility documents
• obtain HIPAA signatures when needed
• explain WIC processes and EBT use
• enter data, create records, and schedule appointments
• issue food benefits based on a clinician’s prescription
• refer participants to public services
• promote breastfeeding and refer to specialists when needed.
