Floating Maintenance Technician — Residential Properties

What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance service requests
• maintain and service plumbing systems
• perform basic electrical repairs including fixtures, bulbs, sockets, GFIs, and circuit breakers
• repair or replace locks, doors, and windows
• prepare vacant units as directed
• perform grounds work for curb appeal
• maintain knowledge of tools and common appliances
• order and organize supplies and parts
• wear the company uniform and maintain a courteous, professional manner.
