What you'll do

• Support procurement strategies and quantitative take-offs, especially for concrete and structural steel
• manage design and procurement completion
• develop project management plans, cost codes, buy-out strategies, and schedules
• manage client relationships and contracts
• oversee subcontractor selection, risk, insurance, and bonds
• monitor costs, cash flow, changes, quality, safety, and schedule
• mentor project managers, engineers, and administrators
• coordinate meetings, reports, logs, and closeout documentation.
