What you'll do

• Administer health and welfare benefits, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate vendors and open enrollment, reconcile invoices, support ACA compliance and 401(k) administration, coordinate leave programs, support merit and bonus processes, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, maintain HRIS data, and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and vendors.
