What you'll do

• Provide education, mentorship, and leadership development to clinical managers, clinicians, and other team members
• participate in nursing department goals and staff development
• assist with implementing and monitoring policies, procedures, and standards
• recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff
• collaborate with department heads
• help develop and monitor documentation systems
• provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand
• support improvements to systems and processes.
