What you'll do

• Prepare made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and cold dishes
• assemble and portion ingredients
• slice and carve meats and cheeses
• wash, peel, and slice produce
• prepare dressings, sauces, and garnishes
• maintain and stock the cold prep station
• arrange food to presentation standards
• follow sanitation and food safety procedures
• support kitchen staff and respond to supervisor direction.
