What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs for domestic water, sanitary, and storm systems
• prepare labor, material, and equipment estimates using FastPIPE
• analyze drawings and specifications for scope gaps and coordination risks
• obtain and level vendor and subcontractor quotes
• develop value engineering options
• communicate estimate assumptions to operations
• maintain historical cost data.
