The Senior Analytical Development & Quality Control Scientist role is onsite in Waltham, MA; compensation is not specified. The position supports Eurofins' mRNA Center of Excellence and its analytical development and quality control work for mRNA vaccines. The scientist develops, qualifies, and validates analytical methods and performs testing and data review to support raw-material release and mRNA development and manufacturing. The work helps ensure timely testing and supports the Center's investigational new drug program goals.

What you'll do

• Own and drive analytical method development, qualification, and validation
• support specifications and testing profiles
• review strategies, protocols, and reports
• manage compendial method verifications
• support release and stability testing and GMP activities
• perform in-house method development and testing
• conduct analytical testing and data review of batch release, in-process, and stability samples
• use biochemistry and bioassay methods
• support laboratory start-up, equipment validation, investigations, and continuous improvement
• train less experienced analysts.
