What you'll do

• Complete the daily night audit in the property management system
• review and balance room revenue, taxes, fees, payments, and guest ledger activity
• verify rates and postings
• review folios and supporting approvals
• balance cash, card, and direct-bill activity
• prepare daily revenue, occupancy, and audit reports
• support condo-hotel owner and guest transaction documentation
• assist overnight guests and coordinate with security, housekeeping, engineering, and management
• maintain audit files and follow cash-handling and control procedures.
