What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast pastries, desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, simple syrups, amenities, displays and centerpieces, and special-request items
• follow recipes, yield guides, and departmental standards
• use pastry equipment safely
• comply with sanitation and health regulations
• inspect tools and equipment
• review production schedules and prioritize items
• prepare items for restaurant service, catering, and special functions
• collaborate with culinary team members.

Why this role
