What you'll do

• Support intake, review, and processing of private-market documents
• monitor automated outputs and resolve or escalate exceptions
• reconcile extracted data against source documents
• maintain quality across client deliverables
• develop expertise in private-market data points and support data enrichment
• perform quality checks and analyze trends
• identify process and technology improvements
• document workflow rules and exception procedures
• coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
• work with Data, Product, and Engineering teams
• prepare operational summaries and data-quality reports for client-facing colleagues.
