What you'll do

• Manage daily room assignments for arrivals, VIPs, special requests, and returning guests
• coordinate room readiness with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering
• pre-block rooms
• resolve duplicate reservations, no-shows, and due-outs
• update room statuses
• track amenity requests and billing
• monitor master accounts
• communicate room changes
• assist the Front Desk and with group check-ins
• prepare daily reports
• forecast availability up to three days ahead
• communicate guest preferences and group requirements.
