What you'll do

• Lead field operations for commercial retail, tenant improvement, and ground-up projects
• oversee daily jobsite activities
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and deliveries
• manage schedules and address productivity issues
• inspect work for quality and compliance
• lead safety meetings and enforce safety procedures
• coordinate inspections, owner walkthroughs, punch lists, and closeout
• collaborate with project managers on execution, changes, costs, and documentation
• maintain daily reports and records
• mentor field personnel.
