Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Agentic Commerce

The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA; compensation is $105.04–$122.52 per hour. The engineer guides external partners through technical integration, onboarding, testing, and launch, while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and partner teams to resolve implementation issues and improve partner adoption and experience.

What you'll do

• Guide partner developers through API requirements and specifications
• troubleshoot API, JSON, authentication, and data validation issues
• support onboarding, testing, configuration, and launch
• validate integrations
• document challenges and solutions
• develop playbooks and onboarding guides
• identify workflow improvements
• provide feedback on tools and product gaps
• coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
