What you'll do

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests
• maintain warranty activity logs and correspondence in Zendesk
• administer collection and return of manufacturer-required defective components
• manage warranty inventory and stock replacement practices
• monitor pending manufacturer credits
• oversee billable warranty charges
• file electronic warranty claims
• maintain ethical relationships between customers and manufacturers.
