What you'll do

• Own federal services growth strategy and revenue objectives
• lead business development, capture management, proposal operations, and account management
• develop growth plans across Federal Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence markets
• pursue opportunities through government contract vehicles
• build executive relationships with agencies and industry partners
• oversee bid/no-bid decisions, capture, pricing, and proposals
• expand partnerships
• manage and mentor growth teams.
