The Grill Cook, Breakfast works onsite at Globalcafe in Malta, New York. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Mazzone Hospitality provides business dining and catering services in the Capital District. The cook prepares and serves grill-station food according to recipes, service standards, and food-safety requirements. The role supports timely service and consistent food quality for customers.

What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare short-preparation items
• complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
• follow recipes and portion standards
• maintain food temperatures and presentation
• store and rotate food safely
• clean and sanitize assigned areas, equipment, and utensils
• address customer concerns and report relevant information to a supervisor.
