Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Contract

What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift
• provide clinical guidance to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members
• monitor care and individualized care plans
• respond to changes in condition and emergencies
• communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare professionals
• conduct rounds
• ensure documentation and medication administration are timely and accurate
• assist with staffing and shift coverage
• support quality assurance and performance improvement.
