What you'll do

• Lead commercial landscape construction projects from pre-construction through punch lists
• interpret construction documents, blueprints, and site specifications
• coordinate hardscape, softscape, grading, drainage, lighting, concrete, and irrigation trades
• supervise enhancement crews and subcontractors
• monitor progress, costs, materials, and schedules
• attend jobsite meetings and serve as a contact for general contractors, vendors, and clients
• coordinate with Branch and Irrigation Managers
• enforce safety policies and maintain compliant jobsites.
