What you'll do

• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
• establish consistent planning standards across plants and business units
• analyze plant profitability, productivity, labor, materials, overhead, and operating expenses
• lead monthly performance reporting and KPI dashboards
• develop profitability analyses and financial models
• support working capital and cash-flow planning
• advise the CFO and business leaders on strategic and operational decisions
• improve FP&A processes and systems
• lead and develop FP&A professionals.
