The Restaurant Shift Manager role is onsite in Lumberton, NC. Pay is $12–$17 per hour. The position is with the independent Golden Corral franchise organization, Stocks Investments Inc. This entry-level hourly management role is cross-trained across restaurant positions and builds operational knowledge through a one-year certification program. Working with the General and Associate Managers, the shift manager develops in-store management skills and supports restaurant operations.
