It supports timely, well-documented project completion and the growth of the restoration division, with hands-on field work transitioning toward leadership as the division expands.

What you'll do

• Retrieve work orders and prepare equipment
• complete jobs within company processes and budgets
• monitor active jobs and communicate with customers
• track personnel, resources, and billable events
• inspect and document losses with photos
• prepare estimates, including in Xactimate when applicable
• communicate with customers and adjusters
• explain restoration processes
• perform quality checks and obtain approvals when applicable
• may train technicians.
