Registered Nurse – Primary Care

The Registered Nurse – Primary Care role is onsite in Charlotte, NC; compensation is $32–$42 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports a well-established primary care practice in SouthPark. The nurse provides direct care and triage, coordinates follow-up and medication needs, and educates patients about medications and chronic conditions. The role supports daily patient flow and works with providers and clinical staff to maintain patient-care standards.

What you'll do

• Assess patients and obtain medical histories
• provide direct nursing care and telephone and in-office triage
• administer medications, initiate IVs, and provide ordered IV fluids
• educate patients on medications, diabetes management, and chronic conditions
• coordinate refills, prior authorizations, and follow-up
• respond to urgent situations
• document in the EHR and collaborate with clinical staff.

Why this role
