What you'll do

• Prepare requests for quotes and proposals
• analyze quotations for price, schedule, quality, and capability
• negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times
• place and manage purchase orders
• resolve invoice holds
• reconcile supplier shipping documents with Receiving
• coordinate with internal departments and suppliers
• onboard suppliers and set up items
• support procurement compliance and audits.
