What you'll do

• Communicate with and counsel patients per physician orders.
• Communicate with physicians and other disciplines.
• Evaluate referral orders.
• Document information in medical records.
• Implement nutritional care plans and adapt menus.
• Conduct calorie counts.
• Review and revise menus.
