What you'll do

• Develop and communicate planning concepts
• coordinate planning strategies with the Project Design Lead and consultants
• assist the Project Manager with workplans, team structure, assignments, and deliverables
• lead user group, stakeholder, and public meetings
• develop space plans
• maintain program documentation
• lead regulatory approval documentation as required
• monitor planning trends, codes, regulations, delivery systems, and evidence-based design
• mentor emerging Project Planners.
