What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day nursing operations under the Director of Nursing
• supervise, delegate, and coordinate nursing staff
• assess residents through rounds and daily visits
• provide direct nursing care as needed
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• maintain clinical documentation
• communicate with families and physicians
• oversee assessments and care plans.
