What you'll do

• Greet guests and provide customer service
• enforce facility policies and procedures
• complete check-in and payment procedures
• assign barcode key tags to monthly members
• track memberships and family units in Rock Gym Pro
• provide information about pricing, events, equipment, and climbing structures
• complete daily assignments as directed
• manually belay in an emergency.
