The Aircraft Mechanic Assistant – Flight Support position is onsite in Bend, OR, with starting pay of $20–$22 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Epic Aircraft manufactures high-performance aircraft, and this role supports its Flight Support repair station. The assistant helps mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs while maintaining aircraft presentation and a clean, safe, organized work area. The role supports repair station operations and offers a pathway to develop aviation maintenance skills.

What you'll do

• Assist Airframe and Powerplant mechanics with inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• remove, clean, inspect, and replace components under direction
• clean and detail aircraft interiors and exteriors
• clean parts, tools, and equipment
• maintain shop organization
• follow safety, HAZMAT, FOD, tool-control, and OSHA procedures.
