What you'll do

• Operate and clean the dish machine
• wash, sort, stack, and store dishes, cookware, and utensils
• maintain a clean and orderly work area, storage areas, equipment, and shelves
• set up dish stations
• keep floors clean and dry
• change machine and sink water as required
• use chemical dilutions properly
• assist with storing food deliveries, food preparation, and other chef-requested duties
• remove trash and follow safety practices.
