What you'll do

• Advise clients on estate planning and wealth transfer
• draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related documents
• counsel on tax-efficient estate and wealth-transfer strategies
• assist with trust administration and probate as appropriate
• meet clients and develop customized plans
• maintain client relationships, billing, and matter records
• collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors
• meet an annual expectation of 1,800 billable hours.

Why this role
