What you'll do

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and therapy staff implementing treatment plans
• conduct client interviews and develop individualized treatment plans and reports
• design, implement, and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• conduct quarterly competency and performance assessments
• review and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data using CentralReach.
