What you'll do

• Execute and adapt project plans
• coordinate labor and subcontractors
• identify and resolve safety, schedule, and quality risks
• schedule inspections
• develop sequencing strategies and lookahead schedules
• supervise field personnel and trade contractors
• oversee punch lists, commissioning, and turnover
• support staffing, training, and performance development
• coordinate with clients and inspectors
• and maintain accurate field documentation and progress reporting.
