What you'll do

• Administer and assist with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision
• monitor and maintain accurate medical records
• promote resident safety and well-being
• assist with activities of daily living
• encourage social engagement
• support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed
• transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required
• conduct resident rounds and follow up on care needs.
