What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair HFC network systems, including RF, AC, DC, and optical systems
• optimize performance through node balancing, alignment, and signal calibration
• monitor signal leakage and comply with FCC and local regulations
• document and maintain standby power supplies
• mentor lower-tier technicians
• support outage restoration and communicate with teams and dispatch
• maintain and safely operate company vehicle and equipment
• submit job logs and work-order documentation.
