What you'll do

• Enter and update load, carrier, and customer information in internal systems
• file, organize, and maintain rate confirmations, carrier packets, and other operations documents
• contact carriers and workers by phone and email to gather information
• track outstanding paperwork and follow up
• perform general administrative duties supporting daily office operations.
