The Workplace Ambassador role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, with compensation of $24–$25 per year as listed. The role exists to provide hospitality-focused workplace support, coordinate with service partners, and help maintain a positive employee experience. The Ambassador assists with workplace resources, space readiness, service requests, and engagement activities.

What you'll do

• Welcome employees and visitors
• provide assistance, directions, escorts, site tours, and local information. Educate employees about workplace resources and protocols, and support new hires and relocating employees. Conduct floor walks and monitor workspaces, meeting rooms, shared areas, amenities, and supplies. Assist with light room setup, identify workplace and safety concerns, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate support. Submit, track, escalate, and follow up on service requests
• collaborate with Facilities and Technology on recurring issues. Support engagement activities, gather employee feedback, and assist with wayfinding, reservations, scheduling, and conference center needs.
