What you'll do

• Follow proprietary recipes and cake production methods
• use measuring instruments, commercial mixers, ovens, and other tools
• prepare ingredients and equipment
• assist with baking and production flow
• monitor baking
• package, label, and store cakes
• maintain product rotation and logs
• clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation
• follow health, safety, dress-code, and hygiene standards.
