What you'll do

• Administrar y coordinar proyectos de construcción asignados.
• Participar en la conceptualización de proyectos y estimados de costos.
• Servir como enlace principal entre contratistas y la organización.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de los contratistas.
• Evaluar órdenes de cambio.
• Preparar informes de progreso.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de regulaciones federales y estatales.
