Technical Support Manager is a remote position, work from anywhere in the US. Compensation is not specified. ERMC is looking for a qualified Technical Support Manager. This role performs all maintenance-related work assignments to ensure all facilities & equipment are properly maintained in a safe and reliable working order, with a main focus on resolving Conveyor & Passenger Boarding Bridge system issues.

What you'll do

• Assist team members across all sites with troubleshooting either over the phone or performing emergency travel to help restore equipment.
• Train Team members to perform proper PMs and Corrective Maintenance Repairs to Passenger Boarding Bridges and Conveyor systems.
• Maintains high quality appearance of the equipment and facility.
• Updates maintenance work assignment records via the computerized maintenance management system.
• Performs minor welding tasks.
• Resolves all conveyor system and Passenger Boarding Bridge variations and malfunctions.
• Troubleshoots complex electrical controls on both BHS and PBB Equipment.
• Installs electrical circuitry and control components.
• Recommends purchases and stocking levels for critical parts and supplies.

What we're looking for

Education

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.

Experience

Must have experience repairing and maintaining complex high volume conveyor equipment. Must have training or equivalent for basic AC & DC electricity. Experience repairing and maintaining basic mechanical devices required.
